You may return most new, unopened items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and credit card fee's. There will be a 20% restocking fee on open or installed items. There is NO return on exhaust or cat delete systems that have been installed. There is NO return on Elka Shocks.
If you need to return an item, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 450-586-9608 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with the return instructions.
If you ordered the wrong part or you just don't want the part for whatever reason we will refund your money in full minus shipping and credit card fee's if the part is as new when we receive it. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. Make sure you pack the returned part so it will not be damage. Parts that are not packed correctly will be damaged when we receive them and are not eligible for full refund.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
